Regularly, the alarm had all settled up at 4 in the morning to start her routine, she did not care would it be school day or weekend. At any rate, she had to wake her body up right thunderbolts. It felt like forcing her inner laziness before making it into daily habits and doing it gladly.
Every day after school along with every single chance she had, she would spend her time helping his dad at the workshops. Playing along with gears on a machine or vehicle, either her clothes and hands were completely covered by spilled oil. Depending on her behavior itself, she only loved cars and masculine stuff made her hate feminine things like the normal other girls around their ages; barbie, cute stuff, or even pink color. Not only, Lori, but both Mike and Noah also had the same taste tho. Since baby, they have already collected so many types of hotwe*ls which was abso-freaking-ly cool at that time. Without recognizing how affected it was, Lori's interest got bigger from time to time.
She loved reading books. It started when her dad showed her a big thick book that contained cars and machines. Right after brainwashing her brain systems, she found out that reading was something that not really bad at all.
Lori's taste in wearing clothes completely peculiar. Instead of buying a cute dress like girls always did, she did not. She had nothing to wear besides a pair of jeans, a white cotton t-shirt, a cap, and sneakers and tied her hair up like a ponytail neither she ever wondered about how to put-on-makeup as a noteworthy. Duh. She did not need to be worry over her natural self. Having two brothers whose basically twin making her easy to stop buying new clothes because she could wear theirs as much as she wanted.
The country song probably her favorite genre. She liked listening to some olds tune, herdable, peaceful but sometimes within the unique rhythm indeed memorable lyrics. That's why summer was her special season hence by summer she either could play hide and seek with her brothers or play baseball at the nearest hometown park with her male friends.
Mr. Thomas on the other hand never complained about children's interests. He thought kids had the right to learn new things, to do adventure, even to explore something ridiculous. Amy also had the same thoughts. As parents who knew about parenting, they gave their kids freedom within reasonable limits. Tolerance is essential. Likewise, democracy is a must, discipline is basic and rules exist without hurting. Lori had an amazing support system within her life. Growing up surrounded by happily-ever-after-family made Lori be humble and happy to help others.
As time went by, she became more unladylike. Even now her ages almost reach for twentieth. Her interest in engineering was no kidding. She loved it so much. As a matter of fact, Lori dreamed of becoming a successful female mechanic, yep, right under Thomas's radar. Well, she approved it by bringing up a good score in her major for the 4th consecutive semester in college. However, education was something very important in Lori's family circumstances.
From Lori's short-story, does anyone know what kind of personality she has?
David Eagleman writes in “Incognito":
“Brains are in the business of gathering information and steering behavior appropriately. It doesn’t matter whether consciousness is involved in decision making. And most of the time, it’s not.”
At first, she hated how her sweet dream had to go unnoticed and forced to hear the sound of an alarm set before bedtime.
She was growling, "Arrrgghhh."
In a flash, with grumbling, she rubbed her eyes, rose, and then turned off the terrible wail. Did she all set up? of course no. Her bed kept calling her to return to its warmth. She failed. It happened at least for almost the first week. But then she made the grade at it. She thought it could not be happening any longer cause she was not used to it until forcing herself further. Right? and she did change it into a daily habit.
Let's see ourselves further.
Do our habits on the right path toward the dreams we have? Or is it too hard to kill the laziness that keeps uprising over time?
Who will YOU become 10 years from now?

- We all face change
Our thoughts affect our souls.
Our thoughts designed by us.
For the better or worse, our habits shape us
